Led by Master Teacher, P.E. Calvert. Today, scientists know that exercising your mind and spirit are as important as exercising your body. For centuries, meditation has promoted health, clarity, and happiness. Guided imagery meditation uses a combination of Alpha, Beta, Theta, and Delta brain waves which can produce a quiet, positive mind – an important tool for stress management. The practice of mindful meditation has been proven to increase memory, learning capacity, and instill a greater sense of self.
